3 months ago, I was given the opportunity to try out the LighterLife FAST diet which I really liked and you guys can read about here, and because of this, the lovely Katie from the brand asked me if I would like to try the new flavours that LighterLife FAST have added to the range. I was sent the Pink Grapefruit drink and the Nutritious Curry meal. I have to say, I'm really impressed with both of these new additions, especially the pink grapefruit drink. One sachet makes a litre worth of this lovely sweet and calorie free drink. I popped mine into a bottle and kept it in the fridge and kept swigging all day. It kept away a lot of my sugar craving without being unbearably sweet. This is a winner, even on days when you're not fasting! Now onto the curry meal, which is another winner in my books. Easy to make and kept me going until my next meal with no hunger pangs in sight. I think the curry is probably the best meal in the bunch when it comes to flavour, just make sure you make it in a small bowl because the portion size is quite small and if you're not used to that it may help you get through the early stages of the fast! All in all, I LOVE the new additions to the LighterLife FAST family and would wholeheartedly recommend.
