With 2013 fast approaching, I thought I'd share with you guys a couple of my new year resolutions but I don't really like calling them resolutions because I would actually like to stick to them this year.
Get healthy (primarily to look good at my Graduation)
In May, I will be graduating from Edge Hill University with a degree in English and I've already bought my Graduation Ball ticket. I am SO excited for it as I've missed my two previous proms and I want to look my best. I know it's quite superficial but to be frank, I don't really care! I want a pretty dress, a limo and my friends and fiance around me for one absolutely amazing night. I also need to get healthy because at the moment I'm really not. This means the gym 3 times a week and healthy eating!
Make more time for myself
I'm currently neglecting myself a lot especially skin and body care so I need to put myself into a skincare routine again and make some time for myself to use my new bath goodies I got for Christmas. Hopefully I'll see a difference in my skin and how it looks, and how relaxed I am!
Study like a crazy mofo!
Like I said, graduation is around the corner which means for the next 4 months I need to really crack down and get my head down because I would love to graduate with a 2:1. I've got a few essays to do, exams and an eight thousand word dissertation to write so yep, definitely need to work work work!
Read every single night for at least an hour
I'm an English Literature student and I'm really getting behind on my reading which isn't good at all but I also want to get reading books outside of my degree too so this definitely needed so I can stay ahead of all my reading and not feel so pressured!
Make more time for my blog
I love my blog but recently it's had to take a backseat to uni but in the new year I'm going to schedule my time well enough so I can hopefully post every other day!
Have some fun!
In between all of this I need to remember to have fun. It's my last year so many of my friends I won't see often after graduation so I want to make the most of my time left with my friends.
What do you want to do with your 2013?
