Good evening my dears. Hope you're having a relaxing evening, as I certainly am ready for my 3 day stint at work this weekend.
On Monday, me and my parents went in Manchester and whilst my parents were paying, I decided to have a look round the beauty section of TK Maxx. I already knew that TK Maxx did a lot of Nails Inc. box sets but none floated my boat this time but something else did catch my eye, Essie! Yes, I found Essie nail polishes in TK Maxx! I'll be honest, they only had 3 shades and a top coat but one little pack that TK Maxx had made included 1 Essie shade, an Essie top coat and a Barielle shade which is a brand which I've seen many a time but never tried. For these 3 polishes, I spend £9.99 which I thought was a super bargain seeing as how much one Essie shade is in Boots, £7.99 is a lot to spend on one polish. I also found 2 Pixi polishes for £4.99 which I think is amazing seeing as one polish is £8 on the website!
Essie - Sequin Sash
Barielle - Princess
Essie - No Chips Ahead
These were the three shades in the first pack I found in TK Maxx. I didn't have neither of the first two shades in my collection so I thought it'd be the perfect time to give both brands a go as I hadn't tried them before.
Now, these are my two favourite purchases of the day. No. 26 is seriously one of my favourite polishes, it's absolutely beautiful on and I will definitely be doing a NOTD with it along with the others so I can tell you how I like the shade and brand because I've not tried these three before. My only problem, I wish the Pixi shades had names on the bottles but from what I can gather, 26 is called Purple Shimmer and 28 is called Wine which definitely suit the colours.
I definitely think I saved a small fortune, why thank you TK Maxx :)
